Hodočašće u Umbriju / Pilgrimage to Umbria

Na hodočašće koje je posvećeno Sv Riti iz Cascia-e krenuli smo iz Zagreba do Assisia gdje smo boravili u Casa Madonna Delle Rose, nekadašnjem samostanu. U Assisi-u  posjetili smo Svetište Sv Franje , Baziliku Santa Maria degli Angeli (unutar koje se nalazi Porziuncola, jedna od tri crkve koje je restaurirao Sv Franjo Asiški, soba u kojoj je umro Sv Franjo te vrt s ružama  bez trnja). Sudjelovali smo u veličanstvenoj noćnoj Marijanskoj procesiji uz svijeće i pjesmu od Bazilike Santa Maria degli Angeli, preko trga ispred bazilike i natrag. U Cascia-i smo obišli Baziliku Sv Rite zaštitnica u beznadnim i teškim situacijama te njeno rodno mjesto Roccapone. Zadnji dan obišli smo Baziliku Sv Klare, a u Padovi  Baziliku Sv Antuna te  Svetište Sv Leopolda Mandića.

On the pilgrimage dedicated to St. Rita from Cascia, we left from Zagreb to Assisi where we stayed at Casa Madonna Delle Rose, a former monastery. In Assisi we visited St. Francis sanctuary, the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli (within which is Porziuncola, one of the three churches that restored by St. Francis of Assisi, the room where St. Francis died and the garden with roses without thorns). We participated in the magnificent night Marian procession with candles and a song from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, across the square in front of the basilica and back. At Cascia we visited the Basilica of the St Rita protector in the hopeless and difficult situations and her birthplace Roccapone.  The last day we went to the Basilica of St. Clare and in Padua  the Basilica of St. Anthony and the Sanctuary of St. Leopold Mandić.
